INTERNATIONAL TENDER NOTICETenders are invited from competent and competitive candidates for supply of the following items:
Tender documents with detailed specifications maybe obtained from the office of the Procurement Officer upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 5000/=(five thousand Kenya shillings only) in form of cash or bankers cheque or money order payable to Kimathi University College of Technology. Tender documents must be accompanied by security bid bond equivalent to 2% of the tender sum from a reputable bank. Duly completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes marked as follows:
“Tender No…………………for supply of………………. Do not open before 10:00am on Thursday 27th August 2009”
should be addressed to The Procurement Officer and deposited in the tender box at the entrance of the Main Administration Block to be received on or before 10:00am on Thursday 27th August 2009. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the main University Boardroom in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who wish to attend. Kimathi University College of Technology reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in whole or in part and does not bind itself to accept the lowest bidder nor give reasons for its decision.
